  1. Turn the oven on to 450°F. Lightly mist a sizable baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix together breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese. In another basin, melt the butter. Brush the chicken with a small amount of butter and then dunk it in the breadcrumb mixture.  Transfer to a baking sheet, then repeat with the other chicken.
  3. After giving it one last little mist of oil, bake for twenty-five minutes.
  4. Take out of the oven, then cover each chicken piece with 1 tablespoon sauce and 1 1/2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese.
